Eating habits

It is important to have breakfast. If you eat breakfast in the morning, you can be fine all the day. Breakfast is one of our energy. So I have breakfast every morning whenever I am busy. If I don't have, I can't be fine the day. But one of my friends doesn't have it because they don't have much time in the morning, or something like that. But they says me 'I am really hungry so I don't want to do anything!' they are really tired in the morning! I would like to be fine in the morning, so I think it is necessary for us to have breakfast.
